As a counselor, Lauren strives to foster an environment characterized by unconditional acceptance, support, and compassion. Lauren seeks to serve as a guide for individuals to develop the skills and insight within themselves, then utilize these in creating a fulfilling life aligned with their goals and values.

Lauren takes a dynamic and integrative approach to treating client concerns, utilizing Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Lauren collaborates closely with clients to personalize therapeutic strategies based on clinical evidence and ongoing client feedback to ensure our work together promotes meaningful and sustainable progress.

Lauren works with adults and college students navigating a variety of concerns, such as Anxiety, OCD, Phobias, Depression, identity exploration, life adjustments, and more. Lauren is also passionate about supporting individuals experiencing Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD), Premenstrual Exacerbation (PME) of other mental health conditions, the mental health effects of chronic menstrual health conditions, and perimenopausal/menopausal mental health concerns. Lauren is currently accepting clients to begin in July.
