Organic Counseling offers a self-pay rate of $175 per appointment. Self-pay clients will also receive a Good Faith Estimate following their intake appointment.

Requesting a Superbill

Self-pay clients are welcome and encouraged to request a superbill on a monthly basis to submit for possible reimbursement through their insurance provider.

A superbill is a receipt you get after your session that has all the information your insurance company needs if you want to try to get reimbursed. If you pay out-of-pocket, you can send this to your insurance and see if they’ll cover part or all of the cost.

If your clinician is out-of-network you might still be able to get reimbursement by submitting a superbill!
